The BookPod site (the “Site”) is a social bookstore that lets you buy printed, digital and audio books directly from authors and publishers. Using the Site constitutes acceptance of these terms. BookPod may update these terms from time to time, and the updated version takes effect once published on the Site.

Prices on the Site are quoted in Israeli new shekels and include VAT as required by law. Your chosen payment method is charged when the order is placed. An order is considered complete only after the payment processor approves it.

Digital and audio books are available to download or stream immediately after the purchase is completed. Printed books are printed on demand and shipped according to the delivery times shown when the order is placed.

All content on the Site — including books, texts, images and trademarks — is protected by copyright and belongs to BookPod or to the creators. Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

The cancellation and return policy is set out on the cancellation and returns policy page, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981.
