Cancellation and returns policy

An order may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later. To cancel, contact us on the contact page and include your order details.

A printed book must be returned complete, undamaged and unused. Cancellation fees of up to 5% of the transaction price or ILS 100 (whichever is lower) may apply as permitted by law. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is faulty.

Because digital and audio books are available to download or stream immediately, they cannot be cancelled once the download or playback has started — except in the case of a technical fault preventing use of the product, which we will fix or refund.

Any refund due will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation being approved. For more details, contact us on the Contact us page.
